TEFLON TAPES & FABRICS

PTFE/Teflon® Coated Fiberglass Industrial Fabrics have been developed for the most demanding industrial applications, and when coated with an acrylic or silicone based adhesive are easily applied for your sealing application. Our High Heat PTFE/Teflon® Tapes are manufactured in several thicknesses and grades, with and without release liners.

Sealing Bands for continuous sealing are endless belts made from PTFE/Teflon® fiberglass fabric and are available in 2 constructions: Single Ply with an overlap splice, or 2-Ply with a staggered splice resulting in a belt with even thickness throughout. PTFE/Teflon® sheeting (or fabric) is dimensionally stable in a range of temperatures from -100° to +550°F (-73° to 288°C) and is FDA compliant (21 CFR 177.1550) for use in food processing, packaging and handling.

UHMW and Skived PTFE/Teflon® film are often used in applications where heat is not present but where there is a need for extra slip or wear protection. Coated with adhesive and available in widths from .25" to 36" these materials are often used in Book Binderies, Printing Plants, Package Handling Facilities and Corrugated and Folding Box Manufacturing. We can also offer these materials without adhesive and die cut to your specifications.
